Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 medium zucchinis diced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 3: Combine the Veggies and Flavorings

  • In a bowl, mix diced zucchini, halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, and optional balsamic vinegar. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
