Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese block crumbled
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients and measuring them out. This will make the blending process smoother and quicker.
  • In your blender or food processor, add the crumbled feta cheese, ricotta cheese, and sour cream. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  • To the blended cheese mixture, add in the salt and pepper, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Blend again until everything is well combined and creamy.
  • Taste your dip and adjust the seasoning if necessary. You can add more honey for sweetness or more lemon juice for a tangy kick.
  • Transfer the whipped feta dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle a little extra honey on top and sprinkle with more red pepper flakes for garnish. Serve with pita chips, fresh veggies, or your choice of dippers.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • This dip freezes well for up to 3 months; thaw overnight and stir before serving.
  • Substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt for a tangier flavor and protein boost.
