Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding
  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple do not drain
  • 4 oz. whipped topping thawed
  • Graham crackers, Nilla wafers, or vanilla wafer sticks for dipping

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using a hand mixer or whisk until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Sprinkle the instant vanilla pudding over the cream cheese. Mix until fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  • Carefully fold in the crushed pineapple (with juice) into the cream cheese and pudding mixture.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until everything is evenly mixed and light.
  • Transfer the dip into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled with graham crackers, Nilla wafers, or vanilla wafer sticks.
