Ingredients

  • 2 cups halved frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • Sweetener optional, to taste

Instructions

  • Add the 2 cups halved frozen strawberries, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, and 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk to a blender.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape the sides if needed.
  • Taste and add a pinch of sweetener if desired, then blend briefly to combine.
  • Pour into a glass and serve cold.
