Ingredients

  • 16 oz sour cream creamy base
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise adds richness and tang
  • 2 tbsp minced chives fresh flavor and color
  • 2 tbsp dried minced onion provides savory sweetness
  • 2 tsp dried parsley earthiness and color
  • 1 tsp garlic powder garlicky kick
  • 0.5 tsp kosher salt enhances flavors

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 16 oz sour cream and 2 tbsp mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  • Add 2 tbsp minced chives, 2 tbsp dried minced onion, 2 tsp dried parsley, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir until evenly distributed.
  • Taste the dip and adjust salt or garlic powder as desired for stronger flavor.
  • Cover the bowl or transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld. Serve chilled.
