Ingredients

  • 1 box VELVEETA Shells and Cheese, Bold Chipotle flavor
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons cilantro freshly chopped

Instructions

  • Prepare the VELVEETA Shells and Cheese following the package instructions for the Bold Chipotle flavor.
  • While the shells are hot, fold in or top them with the diced avocado and diced red bell pepper.
  • Sprinkle the freshly chopped cilantro over each portion and serve immediately; optionally serve in reserved avocado shells.
