Rotisserie Chicken Salad Sandwich
A quick, tangy chicken salad with apple and raisins that makes an easy sandwich filling.

apple, diced (Gala recommended)

raisins

light mayonnaise

celery seed
salt and pepper

Instructions
Chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and dice the apple into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, diced apple, raisins, light mayonnaise, and celery seed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir until the mayonnaise is evenly incorporated.
Chill the chicken salad for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
Serve the chilled chicken salad on your choice of bread with optional lettuce or sprouts.
