Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter sliced into smaller pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon red food coloring
  • 2 cups crushed Oreos about 24-28 Oreos, more as desired

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, sliced butter, and vanilla extract. Stir continuously until all ingredients are melted and smooth.
  • Add in the red food coloring and stir until well combined. Adjust color as desired.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and fold in the mini marshmallows and crushed Oreos evenly.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2-3 hours until completely set and firm.
  • Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper overhang, cut into squares, and serve.
