Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

Stepwise Method: Quick and Easy Air Fryer Meatballs

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, diced onion, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, egg, and milk. Mix gently until just incorporated to avoid tough meatballs.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet or tray as you go.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes to ensure a nice brown crust.
  • Arrange the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket without touching. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the meatballs and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce, pasta, or enjoy as a snack.

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl

Notes

  • Meatballs can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for 3 months.
