Ingredients

  • 4 Lindt CLASSIC RECIPE Salted Pretzel bars chopped
  • 4 Lindt CLASSIC RECIPE Milk Chocolate bars chopped
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter natural Jif or Skippy, avoid those with oil separation
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini pretzel twists some crushed
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter melted

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, allowing some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  • In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt the Lindt CLASSIC RECIPE Milk Chocolate bars. If using a microwave, heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Using a spatula, spread it into an even layer, making sure it reaches the edges of the parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Dollop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over the melted chocolate layer. Use a spatula or knife to gently swirl the peanut butter into the chocolate, creating a marbled effect.
  • Sprinkle the chopped Lindt CLASSIC RECIPE Salted Pretzel bars and crushed mini pretzel twists over the top of the chocolate and peanut butter mixture. Press them down gently to ensure they stick.
  • Melt the additional 1/3 cup peanut butter in a small bowl. Drizzle this melted peanut butter over the top of the bark for an extra layer of flavor.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until the chocolate is completely set. Once firm, remove the bark from the baking sheet using the parchment paper overhang.
  • Once set, break the bark into pieces of your desired size and enjoy.
