Ingredients

  • 1 cup store-bought mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons prepared pesto (or homemade!)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove finely grated
  • Kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  • Start by assembling all the ingredients on your countertop.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add 1 cup of store-bought mayonnaise and 3 tablespoons of prepared pesto. Stir well until fully combined.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and mix until incorporated.
  • Finely grate 1 garlic clove and add it to the mixture. Stir to distribute evenly.
  • Sprinkle in a pinch of kosher salt, taste, and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes
