Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup pepper jack cheese shredded
  • 1 cup white American cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup white queso cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup half and half or whole milk

Instructions

  • Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Shred the pepper jack cheese if you haven’t already. Grate the white American cheese and white queso cheese.
  • Place your medium saucepan over low to medium heat to warm gradually and prevent scorching.
  • Add the shredded pepper jack cheese, grated white American cheese, and grated white queso cheese into the saucepan. Stir gently as they begin to melt.
  • Pour the half and half or whole milk into the saucepan, stirring continuously until all the cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • If the dip is too thick, add a little more half and half or milk, a tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  • Transfer the queso dip to a serving bowl and serve warm with tortilla chips or your favorite dippables.
