  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (8-ounce each)

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). This ensures a crispy finish on your chicken.
  • Step 2: Prepare the Chicken - Take your boneless, skinless chicken breasts and place them between two pieces of plastic wrap. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin to pound the chicken to an even thickness of about 1 inch.
  • Step 3: Mix the Coating - In a mixing bowl, combine the Panko breadcrumbs, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and the ranch seasoning mix. Whisk them together until they are well combined.
  • Step 4: Dip the Chicken - Pour the melted unsalted butter into another bowl. Dip each chicken breast into the butter, ensuring it is completely coated, then transfer it to the breadcrumb mixture.
