Ingredients

  • 7 cookies Oreo
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  • Place the 7 Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin or your hands until they’re fine crumbs.
  • In a microwave-safe mug, add the crushed Oreos. Pour in the 1/3 cup of milk and sprinkle in the 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Watch carefully to prevent overflow.
  • Carefully remove the mug from the microwave and let it cool for a couple of minutes to set.
  • Top your Oreo Mug Cake with crushed Oreos, ice cream, or chocolate sauce as desired. Enjoy!
