Instructions

No Oil Balsamic Salad Dressing

  • Measure out 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup.
  • Using a whisk or fork, mix the ingredients together until they are well combined and smooth. The dressing should be thick but pourable.
  • Taste the dressing and adjust the sweetness by adding more maple syrup or tanginess by adding more balsamic vinegar as desired.
  • Pour the dressing into a storage container with a lid if not using immediately. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before serving.
