In a large bowl combine 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 teaspoons dried oregano, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, and 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg; mix until combined.
Add the chicken breast strips to the marinade and toss or spoon to coat all pieces evenly.
Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 20 minutes.
Preheat the Ninja Foodi air crisp basket at 360°F (182°C) for 5 minutes.
Place a single layer of the 1-inch chicken strips into the preheated basket without overcrowding; season with salt and pepper.
Air crisp at 360°F for 5 minutes, flip the strips, then cook another 5 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and the outside is golden.
Remove the chicken from the Foodi and serve immediately.
Work in batches if needed so the chicken fits in a single layer in the basket.
