Ingredients

  • 10 Tbsp unsalted butter diced into 1 Tbsp pieces
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers about 15 full sheets
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper for easy removal later.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and diced unsalted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well coated and resemble wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the graham cracker crust. Next, add the shredded coconut and chopped walnuts or pecans in even layers.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the layered ingredients, covering as much of the surface as possible to bind everything together.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly. Watch carefully to avoid over-baking.
  • Remove from oven and let cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
