Ingredients

  • 2 slices keto bread
  • 1/2 cup guacamole creamy
  • 1 small tomato sliced
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach loosely packed
  • 1 slice cheese optional

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients and have them ready on your cutting board. Slice the tomato and set aside.
  • If you prefer a bit of crunch, lightly toast your keto bread slices in a toaster or on a pan until they are golden brown.
  • Use a spatula to spread the 1/2 cup of guacamole evenly onto one side of each slice of keto bread.
  • On one slice of the bread, layer the sliced tomato and baby spinach. If you're using cheese, place it on top of the veggies.
  • Carefully place the second slice of bread on top, guacamole side down, to complete your Keto Sandwich.
  • Use your knife to cut the sandwich in half, making it easier to handle. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy creation!
