Ingredients

  • 2.1 oz Chopped Frozen Avocado
  • 60 g Chopped Frozen Avocado
  • 55 ml Coconut Milk from a Can
  • 180 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 0.9 oz Fresh Spinach
  • 25 g Fresh Spinach
  • 22 ml Lime or Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Make sure you have all the ingredients prepped and ready to go. If you’re using frozen avocado, it’s best to let it sit out for a few minutes to soften slightly.
  • In your high-powered blender, add the chopped frozen avocado, coconut milk, unsweetened almond milk, fresh spinach, and lime or lemon juice.
  • Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is super smooth. This should take about 30-60 seconds.
  • Give your smoothie a taste! If you prefer a sweeter flavor, you can add a little keto-friendly sweetener. If it’s too thick, feel free to add a splash more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour your Keto Avocado Smoothie into a glass or mason jar. You can top it with some chia seeds or a slice of lime for an extra touch. Enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture!
