Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper until just evenly mixed. Do not overwork the meat.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about 3/4 to 1 inch thick, making a slight indentation in the center of each pattie.
Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook 5–6 minutes per side, flipping once, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the grill and let the burgers rest a couple of minutes, then serve warm on buns with desired toppings.
