Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 14 ounces restaurant-style salsa choose your favorite brand
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning homemade or store-bought

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Start by trimming any excess fat from the chicken thighs.
  • Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the chicken thighs and massage it in.
  • Place the seasoned chicken in the Instant Pot and pour the salsa over it.
  • Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Select 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' for 10 minutes.
  • After cooking, carefully perform a quick release and open the lid.
  • Remove and shred the chicken, then return it to the salsa and stir to combine.
