Prepare the pizza dough according to your favorite recipe or use store-bought. Allow it to rise until doubled in size if making from scratch.
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone in the oven if using to heat.
Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the dough into a large circle or rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Transfer the rolled dough to a lightly oiled pizza stone or baking sheet. Brush the surface with olive oil.
Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle sharp provolone, fresh mozzarella, and fontina cheese evenly over the sauce.
Scatter sliced hot banana peppers, jalapeño peppers, and pepperazzi peppers over the cheese.
Sprinkle finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano over the top.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and crust is golden brown.
Remove pizza from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Slice with a pizza cutter and serve hot.
