Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough ball pizza dough store-bought or homemade, about 12 inches in diameter
  • 2 ripe peaches thinly sliced
  • 1-2 fresh jalapeños thinly sliced (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves optional
  • 2 tablespoons honey for drizzling
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone in the oven to heat if you have one; otherwise, a baking sheet will work.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter. Transfer to parchment paper. Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly if using.
  • Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving about a half-inch border. Then distribute crumbled feta cheese on top.
  • Arrange thinly sliced peaches evenly over the cheese. Scatter jalapeño slices across the pizza. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • Slide the pizza with the parchment paper onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  • Remove pizza from the oven and immediately drizzle honey over the hot pizza. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on top.
  • Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve immediately.

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Pizza Stone
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches to avoid soggy pizza from excess juice.
  • Adjust jalapeño heat by removing seeds or adding more slices based on preference.
  • Lightly char peach slices on a grill or skillet for extra flavor before adding to pizza.
  • Brush crust edges with olive oil before baking for a nice golden finish.
  • Experiment with other fresh herbs like basil or oregano if thyme is not available.
