Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kraft Mayonnaise or Duke's or Hellman’s
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard powder
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon Accent (MSG) Optional

Instructions

Method

  • Start by measuring all your ingredients. This will make the mixing process smooth and efficient.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of dry mustard powder, 1 1/3 tablespoons of white vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Whisk together until smooth.
  • Chop the 2 tablespoons of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce finely. Add them to your mayonnaise mixture along with the 1 1/2 tablespoons of freshly cracked black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of ground white pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle in the 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of dry parsley. If you’re using it, add the 1/4 teaspoon of Accent. Mix everything well until fully incorporated.
  • Give your sauce a taste. Depending on your preference, you may want to adjust the salt or add a bit more lemon juice for extra tang.
  • Transfer the sauce into a storage container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully. Serve it with your favorite burgers, fries, or as a dipping sauce for veggies.

Notes

  • Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter, tangier sauce.
  • Adjust the amount of chipotle peppers to control the spice level.

  • Freeze in an airtight container for up to two months and thaw overnight in the fridge before use.
  • Use fresh herbs instead of dried parsley for added flavor and nutrition.
