Preferably 1-2 days old bread, such as rustic sourdough or ciabatta.

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Cut or tear the loaf of bread into ¾ inch cubes.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
Step 4: Spread the seasoned bread cubes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 5: Bake for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet before storing.
