Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Place the shredded chicken, diced celery, halved grapes, and sliced scallions into a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the plain Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
