Healthy Chicken Salad Recipe
A light, refreshing chicken salad with grapes and Greek yogurt dressing.

cooked chicken, shredded

red grapes, halved

scallions, sliced

plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
Place the shredded chicken, diced celery, halved grapes, and sliced scallions into a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the plain Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
