Ingredients

  • 2 4-oz logs of goat cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce
  • chopped fresh basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, crumble the goat cheese logs with a fork until creamy.
  • Add the spaghetti sauce to the crumbled goat cheese and gently fold together, keeping some chunks of cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix in chopped fresh basil.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, spreading evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and slightly golden on the edges.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with crusty bread, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
