Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened (1 stick)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper or more to taste

Instructions

  • Start by ensuring your butter is softened. Leave it at room temperature for about 30 minutes or microwave it for a few seconds, just until softened.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter and the olive oil. Using a whisk or an electric mixer, blend them together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
