Ingredients

Fruits

  • ½ piece Pineapple, peeled and diced
  • 1 piece Mango, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups Strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 3 pieces Kiwis, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 pieces Apples, peeled, cored and diced

Lime juice

  • 1 piece Lime, juiced

Cinnamon Chips

  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas Cut into triangles
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil, melted Or any suitable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Fruits - Start by peeling and dicing all your fresh fruits into small, bite-sized pieces. Rinse the blueberries and set them aside.
  • Step 2: Mix the Salsa - In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the diced fruits. Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the fruit mixture.
  • Step 3: Toss Gently - Using a spatula or large spoon, gently toss the fruit until everything is evenly mixed and coated with lime juice.
  • Step 4: Chill the Salsa - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the salsa into an airtight container. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Step 5: Prepare the Cinnamon Chips - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Take flour tortillas and cut them into triangles.
  • Step 6: Brush and Season - Place the tortilla triangles on a baking sheet. Brush them lightly with melted coconut oil and sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar over the tortillas.
  • Step 7: Bake the Chips - Bake the tortilla chips in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until they are crispy and lightly golden.
  • Step 8: Serve and Enjoy! - Once your salsa has cooled and your cinnamon chips are baked, spoon some of the fruit salsa into a bowl and arrange the cinnamon chips around it.
