Easy Cream Cheese Fruit Dip (Made In 10 Minutes!)

A quick cream cheese and marshmallow fluff fruit dip with diced strawberries. Ready in about 10 minutes and served with fresh fruit for dipping.

  • 1 cupstrawberriesstems removed
  • 8 ouncescream cheesesoftened
  • 7.5 ouncesmarshmallow fluff
  • fruit for dippingberries pineapple, any fruit of choice

  • Rinse the strawberries and pat them dry. Remove any stems or tops, then dice the strawberries into small pieces and set them aside in a small bowl.
  • Place the 8 ounces softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese for 2–3 minutes until it is light and fluffy.
  • Add the 7.5 ounces marshmallow fluff to the whipped cream cheese. Mix on medium speed for 1–2 minutes, stopping once or twice to scrape down the sides of the bowl, until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  • Use a silicone spatula to gently fold the diced strawberries into the cream cheese mixture until they are evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with fruit for dipping (berries, pineapple, or your fruit of choice).

Notes
This dip can be served immediately.
Chilling this dip in the refrigerator will thicken it up further. If it is a very hot day I like to chill the dip before serving for at least 30 minutes to help keep it cold longer.
Dip can also be placed on a tray of ice to help keep it cold on a hot day.
