Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder or granulated coffee
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 8 ounces milk any type, dairy or plant-based

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of instant coffee powder, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, and 2 tablespoons of boiling water.
  • Using a whisk or an electric mixer, whip the mixture until it becomes light, fluffy, and forms stiff peaks, about 2-4 minutes with a mixer or 8-10 minutes by hand.
  • In a separate glass or mug, pour 8 ounces of your choice of milk, either cold or warm.
  • Spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the milk, allowing it to float on top.
