Crispy Air Fryer Gnocchi
Golden, crispy air-fried gnocchi that’s quick to make and perfect for dipping.

Ingredients

gnocchi

tablespoons
olive oil
1/2
teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
paprika

tablespoons
finely grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and grated Parmesan; toss until evenly coated.
Transfer the coated gnocchi to the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
Air fry for 13–15 minutes, shaking the basket 3–4 times during cooking, until the gnocchi are golden and crispy.
Serve immediately and optionally garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley; offer marinara on the side for dipping.

Avocado oil can be used instead of olive oil for a richer flavor.
If using cauliflower gnocchi, skip package directions and follow this method.
The air fryer yields the crispiest texture compared with pan-frying or baking.
