Crispy Air Fryer Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and grated Parmesan; toss until evenly coated.
  • Transfer the coated gnocchi to the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
  • Air fry for 13–15 minutes, shaking the basket 3–4 times during cooking, until the gnocchi are golden and crispy.
  • Serve immediately and optionally garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley; offer marinara on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • Avocado oil can be used instead of olive oil for a richer flavor.
  • If using cauliflower gnocchi, skip package directions and follow this method.
