Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup malted milk powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 11 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 cups Whoppers candies coarsely chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Baking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  • Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, malted milk powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
  • Step 4: Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  • Step 5: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the whole milk. Mix until just combined.
  • Step 6: Gently fold in the chopped Whoppers and semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Step 7: Scoop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared cookie sheet, leaving space between each cookie. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Step 8: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack. Garnish with additional chopped Whoppers while warm.
