Ingredients

  • 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Milk chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons Peanut butter creamy natural
  • 2 cups Roasted salted peanuts

Instructions

  • Place both the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Add the peanut butter on top. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. Alternatively, melt the mixture over a double boiler, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
  • Once your chocolate and peanut butter mixture is silky and smooth, fold in the roasted salted peanuts. Make sure they’re evenly coated with chocolate to ensure every cluster has a perfect balance of crunch and creaminess.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Using a spoon, drop heaping spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, spacing them out so they don’t stick together. You can shape them roughly or leave them rustic and chunky.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the clusters are completely firm. This chilling step helps the chocolate harden and locks in the peanut butter flavor.
  • Once set, transfer the clusters to a serving dish or store them in an airtight container. These bite-sized morsels are perfect for an anytime snack or dessert.

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl or double boiler
  • Spoon or silicone spatula
  • Baking sheet or tray
  • Parchment Paper or Silicone Mat
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons

Notes

  • Use high-quality chocolate chips to ensure smooth melting and rich flavor.
  • Allow clusters to chill fully in the fridge to prevent melting or stickiness.
  • Customize by swapping nuts or adding a sprinkle of sea salt before chilling.
  • Toast peanuts lightly before mixing in for an extra layer of flavor.
  • Store clusters in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
