Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made Oreo pie crust
  • ½ gallon vanilla ice cream softened for easier spreading
  • 6 ounces Heath Bits (toffee bits)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 jar chocolate fudge topping
  • 1 jar caramel topping

Instructions

  • Start by letting your vanilla ice cream soften at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes to make it easier to spread.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened vanilla ice cream and the Heath Bits. Stir gently until the bits are evenly distributed throughout the ice cream.
  • Using a spatula, carefully spread the Heath-infused vanilla ice cream into the pre-made Oreo pie crust. Smooth the top with the spatula for an even finish.
  • Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the top of the ice cream for a delightful crunch and rich chocolate flavor.
  • Drizzle the chocolate fudge topping and caramel topping over the chocolate chips. Swirl them together for a marbled effect or layer them for a more defined look.
  • Cover the pie with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place it in the freezer. Allow the pie to set for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best results.
  • Once set, take the pie out of the freezer, slice it into wedges, and serve. Enjoy!

  • Try different ice cream flavors or toppings for variety and personalization.
  • Use a graham cracker crust or crushed Oreos as alternatives for the crust and Heath Bits.
