Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and toss with fajita seasoning.
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
Sauté onions and bell peppers for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Push vegetables to one side and cook seasoned chicken on the other side for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
