Bowtie Chicken Caesar Salad

A hearty, crowd-pleasing Caesar salad with bowtie pasta and cubed chicken for a satisfying main-dish salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 bag garlic croutons
  • 1 bag Almond Accents or roasted garlic Caesar
  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and cubed (or use rotisserie chicken, cubed)
  • 2 cups bowtie (farfalle) pasta cooked
  • 4-6 oz parmesan cheese shredded
  • Caesar dressing to taste (suggested: Brianna’s Asiago or Cardini's)

Instructions

  • Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions, drain, and let cool slightly.
  • Chop the Romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  • Add the cooked, cubed chicken and cooled pasta to the bowl with the lettuce.
  • Stir in the garlic croutons, shredded Parmesan, and the Almond Accents or roasted garlic Caesar (if using) until evenly distributed.
  • Toss everything with Caesar dressing just before serving, adding enough dressing to coat ingredients to your preference.
  • Serve immediately.
