Instructions
Place a large frying pan or skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef.
Use a spatula or wooden spoon to break the beef into small crumbles as it begins to cook.
Season the beef evenly with kosher salt and ground black pepper, stirring to distribute the seasonings.
Continue to cook, stirring and breaking up the meat, until there is no pink remaining and the beef is fully browned.
Remove the pan from the heat and add your spaghetti sauce, then proceed with your sauce recipe.
