Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to melt the cheese and toast the rolls.
Slice the Hawaiian dinner rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Place the bottom halves in a large baking dish.
Spread a generous amount of BBQ sauce over the bottom half of the rolls. Layer the thinly sliced deli roast beef evenly over the sauce, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese, creating a sandwich.
In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds. Mix until well combined.
Use a brush to generously apply the buttery glaze over the top of the rolls, covering every bit.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
Let the sliders cool for a few minutes before slicing apart. Serve warm and enjoy!
