Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Slice the roll package in half horizontally, keeping rolls connected if they came that way. Place the bottom half of the roll block in the prepared pan.
Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
Layer the sliced turkey over the sauced rolls, then arrange the cheddar slices on top of the turkey.
Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese to reassemble the sliders.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, smoked paprika, brown sugar, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chili powder until smooth.
Pour or brush the spiced melted butter evenly over the top of the assembled sliders.
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cut into individual sliders, and serve warm.
