Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
Step 3: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
Step 4: Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl with the sauce and toss gently to coat.
Step 5: Spread the coated shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking dish.
Step 6: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Step 7: Remove from oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
