Ingredients

Shrimp

  • 1.25 pounds extra large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

Butter

  • 0.25 cup butter, melted

Garlic

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 3-4 cloves)

Lemon Juice

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) Adjust to taste

Parsley

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Step 4: Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl with the sauce and toss gently to coat.
  • Step 5: Spread the coated shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking dish.
  • Step 6: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Step 7: Remove from oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
