Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine.
Step 3: In another bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Add the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup. Whisk until well combined.
Step 4: Pour the wet mixture into the dry oat mixture. Stir gently and fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 5: Grease a baking dish with oil or cooking spray. Pour the oat mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
Step 6: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 7: Let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm, optionally drizzled with honey or topped with peanut butter.
