  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 4 cupsfresh spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cupswater

  • Rinse the 4 cups fresh spinach under cold water and drain well.
  • Peel the banana and break it into 1–2-inch pieces.
  • Halve the ripe avocado lengthwise, twist to separate, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out; cut the flesh into chunks.
  • Peel the ripe mango, slice off the two fleshy “cheeks” near the seed, cut the flesh into chunks, and discard the seed.
  • Pour 2 cups water into the blender, add the drained spinach, then add the avocado, mango, and banana chunks on top.
  • Secure the blender lid and blend on high until completely smooth, about 45–90 seconds; stop once to scrape down the sides with a spatula if needed, then blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
