Air Fryer Toasted Ravioli

Crispy breaded ravioli cooked in the air fryer for a quick, crunchy appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 14 ounce cheese ravioli package
  • olive oil spray for spraying
  • marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (approximately 182°C).
  • In a small bowl, beat the 2 large eggs until smooth.
  • In another small bowl, combine 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Working one at a time, dip each ravioli from the 14-ounce package into the beaten egg, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb–Parmesan mixture.
  • Place the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding; cook in batches if needed.
  • Cook at 360°F for 3–4 minutes, spray the tops lightly with olive oil spray, flip each ravioli, then cook an additional 3–4 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Work in batches to avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
  • Use fresh breadcrumbs for best crispiness.
