Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (approximately 182°C).
In a small bowl, beat the 2 large eggs until smooth.
In another small bowl, combine 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Working one at a time, dip each ravioli from the 14-ounce package into the beaten egg, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb–Parmesan mixture.
Place the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding; cook in batches if needed.
Cook at 360°F for 3–4 minutes, spray the tops lightly with olive oil spray, flip each ravioli, then cook an additional 3–4 minutes until golden and crisp.
Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
