  • 16 oz guacamole store-bought container works perfectly

  • 2.25 oz sliced black olives if using oil-packed, rinse them

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans with the taco seasoning. Add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream to enhance the creaminess and mix until well combined. You can add more heavy cream if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  • Start layering in your cups. Begin with a generous spoonful of the refried bean mixture as the first layer.
  • Sprinkle half of the Fiesta blend shredded cheese over the beans. This layer adds a delicious cheesy flavor that complements the beans perfectly.
  • Next, add a layer of guacamole. Use a spoon to smooth it out evenly over the cheese layer.
  • Add a layer of sour cream or plain Greek yogurt on top of the guacamole. This adds a lovely creaminess and balances the flavors.
  • Spoon in a layer of chunky salsa. This layer adds freshness and a bit of zest to your dip cups.
  • Top the salsa with sliced black olives, quartered cherry tomatoes, and chopped cilantro. These final layers bring color and freshness, making your dip cups visually appealing and delicious.
