Ingredients

  • 2 medium Avocados ripe but firm, approx. 280g flesh
  • 1 lime Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 20 g Red Onion small, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the medium avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocado to your desired consistency. For chunkier guacamole, leave some larger pieces; for smoother, mash thoroughly.
  • Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mashed avocado. This adds flavor and keeps the guacamole vibrant green.
  • Add the finely chopped red onion and sea salt to the bowl. Stir until combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
